Our rates at Through the Woods Counseling are reflective of level of education, credentials, specialized training, and areas of specialty.

We are now in- network providers with:

  • United Healthcare (UHC)

  • Surest

  • UMR

  • Medica

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of MN

  • Anthem (BCBS)

  • Ucare

  • Healthpartners of MN and WI

We are considered out-of-network providers with other insurance carriers. If you choose to use insurance benefits, please be advised it is your responsibility to verify what portion of services you are responsible for paying, including deductibles, copay, or coinsurance. Late cancellation or no show fees are not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility.

  • 60 minutes

  • Through the Woods Counseling requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We understand that sometimes life happens - which is why we will always strive to offer reschedules within the same week. Cancellations given with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged a fee.
